This apartment belong to my family and i moved in when i was married and renovate all the apartment at 2014 with materials carefully chosen because we suppose to stay there. we had a baby earlier than expected so we had to move to a bigger house and that is why this apartment is available for rent. Ampelokipi is a great area in Athens either if you are living in Athens either if you are visiting the city for business or leisure. Its very close to the city center and its one of the best urban neighbors in Athens. Everything you might need like pharmacy, supermarket, grocery store, butcher shop etc is within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Very safe as an area as the police academy is 300 meters away and the Ministry of National Defence is about 500 meters away. There is a park with a a very small zoo in it (a few spices like chicken, donkeys, peackocs, rabbits etc ) in about 50-70 meters away from the apartment so you can enjoy a short walk there Excellent connections with all public transportation(metro, tram, bus, taxi) either you would like to go to the airport or the on of Atticas Ports or to the area that all Museum and historical sites are located.
