This charming two bedroom property is located on the edge of Uzumlu Village, some 10 km for the resort town of Kalkan. Set within it own fenced grounds, it offer a completely secure and private environment for couples or small families to enjoy their holiday in complete privacy. The accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge / kitchen on the ground floor and a double and twin bedroom on the upper floor. The capacity of the villa can be increased to 5 by the use of the sofabed in the lounge area. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and separate balconies from where guests can enjoy the uninterrupted views out towards Patara Beach. The double bedroom has a large jacuzzi in which guests can relax and also enjoy the same view. The outdoor space is large and equipped with everything our guests could require. The large pool is 10 x 3.8 metres and has a depth of 1.55 metres. There is a shady cabana with sunbeds, an outdoor dining area and BBQ, and a romantic heart-shaped Kosk for guests to enjoy. The villa has a wi-fi internet connection and secure parking . This accommodation proved to be one of our most popular villas in 2019 , partly due to its spaciousness but also because of the incredible hospitality of its owner Deniz and his wife, who live nearby.
