From the apartment there is a nice walking route through the vineyards to the beach Débarquement. This starts on the other side of the busy road towards Cavalaire (D559) just after the sign Paysagiste cross the parking lot du Marché and walk down via a cart track. Follow blue tiles and paint marks. Note: on the way you have to cross a river once via step stones. It is about 7 minutes by car.Plage Débarquement: Many different restaurants/ bars and places where you can hire beds in different price ranges. There are also shops for beach equipment. We like to come to "La Galinette" (nostalgia, used to be on the beach, we know the owners), where you can eat delicious mussels, but also asian food there is very tasty. At "LOasis" you can eat a pizza, pasta or mussels for EUR 10. They also serve other dishes. For special occasions, "Ponent plage" is recommended, which is located behind "44 The Beach" on the beach left. Main courses around EUR 30, very tasty and nice there.Plage Sylvabelle: direction Gigaro at roundabout Sylvabelle parking. A long staircase leads you to the beach. There are no beach bars / restaurants / sunbedsPlage Gigaro: Several bars and restaurants and places where they let sunbeds. "Marius a la plage" = beautiful and expensive. "Brigantine" is somewhat cheaperFrom Gigaro you can walk through a beautiful nature reserve to "Cap Taillat" and "Cap Lardier". The signs indicate how far / how long the walking is. Good walking shoes are recommended and on the way you will not encounter restaurants or bars, so water and / or picnic you need to bring for yourself.Pardigon Beach: from Débarquement direction Cavalaire. Has its own large parking lot. Nice beach "with the feet in the sand", average price.Bon Bini Beach: is run by Dutch and is just before the boulevard of Cavalaire beginsThe beaches of Saint Tropez are all (reasonably) expensive and you must reserve a table CLUB 55 at Pamplonne. Here the film recording was made for the movie "et dieu créa la femme" with which Brigitte Bardot became famous. Other well-known beach tents of Pamplonne are: Moorea La Voile Rouge In Saint Tropez itself, behind the Citadel, at the end of the street along the Cimetière Plage Les Graniers: idyllic beach at 10 min walk from the famous market on place des lices (Tuesday and Saturday). Just discovered by us Markets in the neighborhood Sunday: market in La Croix-Valmer. Not to be missed, because it is right in frond of the apartment. For nice oysters go to "Comptoir des mers". Sent Patrice et Chantal our greetings (Tip: order them in advance and go around half past one, then he has them ready for you with a nice cup of wine ..) Collobrières Gassin La garde Freinet Port Grimaud Ramatuelle Jas de Robert (large flea market / brocante in the open air) Monday: Cavalière Tuesday: St Tropez, Place des Lices. Turn right after Domaine des Moulins, Chemin Sainte-Anne. Then you drive into St Tropez and you end up at Parking des Lices.
