This beautiful holiday villa is set in a peaceful location in Uzumlu Village, some 10-15 minutes drive from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. Having three double and one twin bedrooms,(all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies), it has a capacity of eight guests which can be increased to ten, if the sofa beds in the lounge area are utilised. The location is near the famous Lycian Way or coastal path, and the villas has magnifcent sea views across the plain towards Patara Beach, which are particularly spectacular at sunset. The ground floor accomodation comprises of a spacious open plan modern kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area, which opens directly onto the pool terrace. The pool is 8 x 4 metres in dimensions and is 1.6 metres deep. There is an alfresco dining area under a shady pergola, plus sun loungers and parasols. This delightful area is completely secluded from outwith the villa making it an ideal choice for those guests wishing a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. There is a new pool heating facility available for guests for an extra cost of 500tl payable on arrival, thus making this an ideal villa for guests coming in the cooler months of the season. Please note that the heating system raises the temperature of the pool to approximately 28 degrees centigrade. The four spacious bedrooms are located on the two upper floors. All of these have en-suite bathrooms and balconies. On the top floor landing there is a jacuzzi for the use of all the guests whilst enjoying the panorama at the same time. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has wi-fi internet and covered parking space and garage. N.B the last 300-400 metres of road to the villa is unmade and narrow.
