The countryside location of Villa Magdalena makes it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday. The old town of Pollensa is just a 5 minute drive, with its cobbled streets, the impressive Calvario Steps, and a wide selection of restaurants to suit all tastes, or simply to relax in the main square with an Ice Cream made in Pollensa watching the world go by. The sandy beach, and stylish marina in Puerto Pollensa is a short drive away. Entrance to Villa Magdalena is via double Iron Gate into a spacious private drive and the main entrance to the villa. There is a large lawned area with sunbeds for everybody, a brick built BBQ and covered terrace for lazy lunches. The open plan lounge/diner has patio doors that open on to the covered terrace. There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. There is a double bedroom that overlooks the front of the house, and 3 twin bedrooms on the opposite side of the hallway. The bedrooms share a shower room and a full bathroom. The Villa will be fully prepared for your arrival. All our villas are cleaned following a strict cleaning protocol, ensuring your peace of mind. All our properties include the 1st Cot and Highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be arranged. The bedrooms are fitted with hot and cold Air Conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the units are on a timer from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
