Villa Cica is a real party house! It is made up of 3 apartments, sleeping up to 12 guests and it has a fantastic pool, terrace and outside dining area with spectacular views to the sea at Trogir. The villa is so close to many wonderful beaches. It would suit an extended family, three small families or a group of friends wanting to holiday together but appreciating a little time apart too! Trogir is so charming. It is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many fascinating historical sights as well as numerous fabulous restaurants, bars, a stunning promenade and entertainment galore. The 7m x 5m x3m swimming pool, terrace and garden are wonderful with fabulous Mediterranean planting all around. There are lovely sun loungers and an excellent sociable outside dining table with parasols and a huge barbecue. Just perfect for a lovely summer dinner outside! There are also comfy sofas and chairs just ready to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine! Perched up on the hill, the villa feels so private. The villa has huge windows and doors everywhere to let the light in. The ground floor apartment is made up of a kitchen, a living and dining room with a comfy sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The first floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, one double and one twin bedroom, a bathroom and a terrific balcony. The incredible views get better the higher you go! Finally, the remaining apartment has a living room, kitchen, a double and twin bedroom, a bathroom and again a balcony with lovely views. This really is a very sociable house which has been renovated with great style. The bathrooms and kitchens are immaculate. You will find honey, wines, olive oils and plenty of grappa amid the huge piles of bright red tomatoes and melons at the atmospheric market. There is also an early-morning fish market, so an ideal place to buy food for the barbecue! The Cipiko Palace and St. Lawrence Cathedral are must-visits. Trogir is just 30 minutes by car from Split airport, so visitors will be in their villas in no time! Ciovo Island is connected to the town of Trogir by a bridge. There are a variety of beaches, the main beach being Okrug Gornji and its quieter neighbour Okrug Donji. Slatine and the beautiful Kava beach are on the other side of the island. As well as watersports, restaurants serving delicious food and historical sights, Ciovo is a big squid fishing location, so you will often spot fishermen out in the boats. There is even a squid fishing festival each year. Trogir Diving Centre visits 30 sites, nearly half around the nearby island of Solta. The abundant coral and sponges offer a rich diversity of flora and fauna to explore, along with conger eels, octopuses and lobsters. You can book in for some tuition. A visit to Splits Old Town either by water taxi or the short drive is an absolute must! It is so stunning. You can take a walking tour of the Old Town admiring Saint Domnius Cathedral, Diocletians Palace and the magnificent riva, tasting wine along the way and also a local ‘peka meal. Just over an hour away by boat is the captivating island Drvenik Veli. Its olive groves, secluded coves, a handful of cafes and restaurants are wonderful to discover. Another adventure from Trogir is a trip to the stunning Krka waterfalls.
