This beautifully furnished luxury villa is located in the Kishla district of Kalkan, and has magnificent panoramic views across Kalkan Bay. Only 300 - 400 metres from the sea, this is an ideal choice for guests who enjoy swimming in the sea as well as in a pool. The villa has four bedrooms in total, 3 of which a double and one a twin. All the bedrooms have super sea views, balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor accomodarion comprises of a stylishly furnished open plan lounge / dining kitchen area, plus a communal bathroom with shower. The stunning master bedroom occupies the whole of the first floor and commands magnificent views across the bay to Kalkan. besides having a large double bed this room also has its own seating area, jacuzzi and television. On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms and the twin bedroom on the top floor. Everything has been provided to ensure our guests enjoy a wonderful holiday in a secure environment - from wi-fi internet, a closed circuit camera system, a burglar alarm and smoke detectors. Due to villa being approached by 26 steps it makes it unsuitable for the elderly and infirm. There is a covered parking space for one vehicle under the pool, and a grocers shop on the same street as the villa where guests may buy their daily essentials. There is no public to this area of Kalkan, some guests prefer to hire a vehicle during their stay, and some make use of the local taxi service.
