This modern spacious villa is located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan and has three double and one twin bedroom. All of these have en-suite bathrooms, balconies and sea views. One of the double bedrooms is located on the top floor and acesses directly on to a roof terrace with the most amazing views. There is also a tv in this room, as well as in one of the other double bedrooms. The ground floor accomodation comprises of a spacious, well- equipped open plan kitchen / dining / and lounge area that opens directly on to the pool terrace. Everything has been thought of and provided for groups of eight in order for them to enjoy relaxing and eating alfresco, whilst soaking in the superlative views from the terrace, from crockery for 12, a portable gas BBQ to a water dispenser. The pool itself is some 8 x 3.8 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.6 metres. For our small guests we have an adjacent childrens pool, which is 2.5 x 2.5 metres and 95cm deep. There is lots of space outside around the pool, where there are sunbeds, umbrellas, a comfortable seating area and a dining area. In addition to these there is also table tennis and table football for guests to enjoy. In a very popular location, it is approximately 15 minutes walk to the centre of town, but probably a little longer back due to the uphill journey. Many of our guests chose to walk down and get a taxi back (costs about £3-4). For those guests who wish to rent avehicle there is a garage too. This is one of a group of three villas in a row, so renting more than one villa beside each other is a possibility for larger groups
