Miramar beach has been selected one of the 15 best beach destinations in Europe by Bestdestinations.com and is where the iconic chapel of Senhor da Pedra is located. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes, a children playground and a sports field 100 meters from the house. The location is quiet but at the same time it has everything you need nearby. The villa is the first in front of the beach and in less than 1 minute you can reach the sand, which is very clean and thin in this beach. The sand extends to more than 200 meters to the sea and for several kilometres all along the magnificent coast of Villa Nova de Gaia. There are 700 meters to the train station and in 20 min you can reach Porto downtown. The house has a garden, 2 floors, is fully furnished, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is plenty of space for leisure activities and barbecues inside the house. All the necessary tools are available for kitchen, including coffee machine, microwave, plates, cutlery and glassware, cooking’s bowls, etc. We have internet 5G all over the house and cable TV. The garage can accommodate 2 cars but we also have a space outside for parking.
