The accommodation comprises of a large open plan fully-equipped lounge / kitchen / dining area, which opens directly on to the pool terrace. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin are located to the rear of the property, and both have their own en-suite bathrooms. The property is fully-air conditioned, has wi-fi internet, and parking space to the front of the villa. The villa is situated some 2 km from the centre of Kalkan. There are, however, a local grocers shop only 150 metres from the villa, where guests may purchase their daily essentials, and a couple of restaurants easy walking distance away. As there is no public transport to Kishla, many guests may prefer to rent a vehicle whilst staying here, although many guests are happy to use the water taxi to and from the harbour, or the local taxi service.
