The main beach in Okrug Gornji with various quality restaurants, rental services, land and boat excursions is approximately 1.4 km from the apartment. Holiday house Summer consists of 2 apartments and 1 studio apartment divided on the ground floor and first floor level, which combined have a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 1 kitchenette and can accommodate a total of 10 persons (8+2). The ground floor consists of one apartment with 2 bedrooms (one with king size double bed and one with single bed), 1 modern bathroom with shower, contemporary living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. The living room has access to a lovely outdoor terrace in the beautiful Mediterranean garden, ideal for having a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, which consists of the second apartment with 2 bedrooms (one with king size and one with single bed), 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, dining area and a well equipped kitchen. Across the apartment there is also a separate studio apartment, which consists of double bed, kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower and which is included in the rental price. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors will surely appreciate the outdoor barbecue as well as the large private terrace with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for dining al fresco.
