Icici is in the northeast of Istria, close to the base of the Ucka mountain and the Ucka National Park, just north of the beautiful Moscenika Draga region. Northern Istria is known for having a strong Italian flavour, sumptuous seafood, small-town charm and stunning coastal scenery, whilst the Istrian Riviera, on the northeast coast is a history-rich region which formerly drew the Austrian-Hungarian elite.
