Villa Joli was built in 2018 to an exceptionally high standard. A lot of thought went into the design to make the most of the spectacular hillside plot. With four immaculate, spacious double bedrooms and bathrooms, it is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. The villa is situated in the charming hamlet of Cerovici, 2km from Drivenik and 10km from the alluring Crikvenica. With hillside views all around and incredible lush greenery, it is a very peaceful, secluded setting for a fabulous Croatian holiday. Cerovici is a wonderful location, in that you are far away enough to escape the hoards of summer visitors when you want some blissful peace, but you are close enough if you want to pop in for some holiday entertainment. The outdoor space of Villa Joli is both elegant and stunning. The covered outdoor kitchen and dining area has been designed with a vaulted roof, fabulous tiles around the kitchen and on the floor, a gorgeous barbecue and fantastic, modern furniture. With incredible mountain and garden views, it will be difficult to beat the ambience. The pool is lovely and surrounded by first class sun loungers. The jacuzzi will be a hit with any guests. There is a separate outdoor lounge area, perfect for an early evening drink and watching the sun go down. The lawn, trees and planting are gorgeous and mingle well with the brilliant blue sky and mountain backdrop. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is contemporary with fabulously chic furnishings. Even the breakfast bar stools are super trendy and the light fittings so cool! The room is light and airy. A super impressive staircase leads upstairs to bedrooms. All four bedrooms have huge comfortable beds and modern, stylish decor. The bathrooms are to die for with beautiful tiles and exquisite towels and linens. Tribalj offers visitors a sense of rustic tranquillity and is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding countryside. There are a great deal of ruins peppering the mountainsides in this area. Tribalj Lake is a great place for a picnic or to fish. In 15 minutes you can also be in Crikvenica, famous for its lively riviera and amazing restaurants. Crikvenica is one of the oldest summer resorts in Croatia and is known as a health resort with many wellbeing facilities on offer. The main beach is sandy and has many watersports available as well as cosy bars and restaurants. Balustrada Beach is pebbly and stretches from the public beach to the centre of the town. Crikvenica is very charming and rustic with many historic buildings including the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary built in 1412. The Duga Mall shopping centre opened in 2013 and is great for all kinds of shops. There is an atmospheric local market too for local fruit and vegetables. There are many hiking and walking paths along the Crikvenica Riviera which give you the opportunity to see the beautiful nature of the area. The Love Path is splendid and combines the wonderful view and scents of the Mediterranean plants with the local historical and cultural heritage. Day trips from this area are often taken to the islands of Krk, Rab or Kosljun or to the spectacular Plitvice Lakes in the National Park. They are absolutely stunning with incredible waterfalls.
