THE VILLA Being the closest private villa to the beautiful Martinhal Beach, this villa is ideal for families who want to keep things simple and relaxed. With a short walk to the beach and its cosy beach restaurants, the villa is perfect for a child-friendly beach holiday in a safe family environment where everything lies in easy reach. In the spacious interior, there are 4 large bedrooms, two of which open onto balconies that overlook the grounds and beach. Then, there is a small study equipped with a baby cot. On the ground floor, there´s a large living room with Smart TV options, a dining room, and finally a huge kitchen/breakfast room with a laundry area connecting. Finally, you pass through to the entertainment area which is perfect for children and adults alike, with its television, pool table. But, with the glorious Algarvean weather, you want to spend your time outside. This is why we love this villa, with its beautiful outside space around the pool and landscaped gardens, it´s a wonderful location to let your stress melt away. All of this is just a few steps away from the beautiful Martinhal Beach and Nortada Beach Restaurant. A 2km walk along the beach brings you to the sleepy town of Sagres with its cafes, surf schools, a well-stocked Intermarche, restaurants and historical points of interest. You can also walk along the beach to the local fishing village of Sagres where you will find some great local restaurants and 3 further beautiful beaches.
