The apartment is very bright, all rooms have large windows that face the outside, as well as the kitchen and living room. The apartment has air conditioning (hot and cold) and there is always space to park the car in front of the house. It is near the house the beautiful and extensive beach (less than 5 minutes walk), near restaurants and shopping centers and at the same time it is in a very quiet area.
