The property is located about 1,2km from the famous Sand Beaches Praia do Evaristo and Praia do Castelo, which are small, built within the cliffs. You can take advantage of the big surrounding lawns of the Villa, which is inserted in a 4 Villas small private complex. The Villa has its own swimming pool and is fantastic for a bigger family or a small group. Albufeira Old Town is about 6km away, where you can find a lot of choices for nightly entertainment, bars, Restaurants, nigthlife, there is something for every taste. The Marina is about 4,5km and Albufeira City Centre about 7km. Nearby within about 1km distance you will find the city area Gal. Public transportation is available just a few meters, and you will find plenty of restaurants and pubs within the area. The South House has entrance through the main gate where you can follow the sidewalk road to the West House, from there you can go to your left where you will find the South House. Outside you have in addition to the huge garden, tables and chairs to enjoy the sun, a private pool with sun loungers, BBQ and a room in which you can enter through the side of the house where you will have a washing machine. When you enter the house, you will enter directly into a kitchenette, with LCD TV, 2 sofa beds, dining table and chairs, in the part of the kitchen which is equipped with washbasin, 1 fridge with freezer, microwave, electric stove and oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, extractor fan, as well as all necessary utensils for cooking, cutlery and crockery. The living room gives access to the outdoor pool and BBQ. At the entrance of the house we also have a safe. Through the hallway of the house we have access on the left side to 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and pool / garden view. Further on the left side we have another double room with 2 single beds, air conditioning, garden view and private bathroom with bathtub. In front of the corridor we have 1 double room with 2 single beds, air conditioning and garden view. On the right side of the corridor we also have a WC with shower.
