With San Sebastian’s recently pedestrianised beach, bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away, and the variety of international cuisine on offer at Port D´Aiguadolç Marina, this apartment is ideally located for outdoor dining and drinks with spectacular views. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment with parquet flooring consists of a galley kitchen with a four ring gas hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and all the essentials for self-catering if required. Patio doors open onto the large garden terrace, which is slightly below street level and therefore not completely private. The apartment is close to the railway and therefore some noise can be heard, however all doors and windows are double glazed to reduce this. No pets are allowed in the apartment and smoking is permitted on the terrace area only.
