Lauet is an amazing newly renovated apartment located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. The owner takes special care in decorating with paintings by a local artist, with the vision of feeling at ease and comfortable as if it were his home. Open plan kitchen/dinning room is very bright & cosy with a comfortable sofa and flat TV and a balcony with side views of the mountains. The apartment has two fantastic bedrooms: one with a large double bed, a wooden headboard, a mirror and wardrobe; the second bedroom with two single beds and a direct access to the balcony. The apartment also has a complete family bathroom with shower. Enjoy a holiday independent of a car: in the immediate vicinity there are a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bar, pharmacies and a lot of water and mountain activities.
