Large ground floor, located in a quiet area of ??Can Picafort very well connected and close to all necessary services. The house has a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast with the first rays of sun, a refreshing swim in the pool during the whole day and a magnificent barbecue at night next to the typical Mallorcan olive tree that rules the garden. Just the first impression we have when entering the house is the spaciousness of the terrace and the garden, here we find the ping-pong table, the pool with the hammocks and a magnificent round table where you can enjoy a barbecue by the night. Already in the house, in the first instance we have the fully equipped kitchen, later on the right we have the huge living room with dining table and two sofas to rest or enjoy the TV / satellite. On the left side of the house we find the 3 bedrooms, two of them with 2 single beds each and that share a bathroom with bathtub, and finally after the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and double bed. The house is very cozy and has all the amenities to make your holiday unforgettable. Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3.
