Outdoor there is a big terrace overlooking the swimming pool, around it there is large area perfect for sunbathing, relaxing or as a play area. The nearest town to the house is sa Pobla, a town increasingly appreciated by tourists, where you can find all kinds of small local shops, supermarkets and restaurants where you can taste from the most traditional to international food, mainly Italian. On Sundays there is a local market where you can buy all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables grown in the area. In July and August the Plaza Mayor becomes the nerve center where population and tourists meet to enjoy cultural and leisure activities like Jazz Festival, Rock Concerts and Traditional festivities including local festivities and street parties. The nearest beaches are Playas de Muro, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. White sandy beaches and coves are well worth exploring.
