Rainbow Home Mallorca is a 800m2 luxury villa located in Palma that stands out for its location, 10 minutes by car from the center and surrounded by Mediterranean cuisine restaurants and above all it is located in the middle of nature overlooking the Sierra de Tramuntana. Rainbow Home Mallorca has 12 double rooms each with its own bathroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, indoor bar, outdoor bar, gym, salt pool and chill out area. Guest bathroom • Fully equipped open kitchen (3 fridges, oven, ceramic hob cooker, 2 dishwasher, 2 coffee machines, 2 microwaves, professional toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils • Equipped Gym ( treadmill from Nueva Sole, 2 exercise bikes from Keiser, one elliptical from Keiser ,2 adjustable weight stands, weight set , Pilates ball, lumbar support and 2 mats ) • Large lounge area with bar, Hotel mode TV with satellite connection, dishwasher , fridge and toilet • Massage room (upon request) • 12 Professional bikes support • Bicycle workshop area with professional tools and map with the routes of Mallorca Outdoor communal area: • Large terrace with salt water pool and sunbeds, gazebo with sunbeds, chill out area with sofas, toilets, bar area, gas barbecue and 2 fridges VILLA RULES PRICES AND CONDITIONS • People that are not part of the group which have booked the villa cannot enter the property • It´s forbidden to smoke inside the villa • No noise is allowed between 12:00 am to 7:00 am • Proper use of the facilities and furniture is mandatory • Excessive alcohol consumption is forbidden • The use of drugs or narcotics is forbidden • The establishment is not responsible for the content of the safes • Any damage caused by the guests during their stays will be charged to the client accordingly • The celebration of parties and events is allowed with owner preapproval and previous agreement of extra cleaning cost If the client does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this rules of conduct section, the owner has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and request the clients to evict the property. The customer must pay for the damages caused by their illegal conduct. Check in and Check out: • Check-in: 2 days before arrival date the client will be provided an access code for the property. The check in will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. • Check-out is 11:00 • Different time for check in and checkout are available upon previous request
