** Since the apartment is rented for stays of more than one month, utilities are not included in the rent. The cost of these supplies (electricity, gas and water) will be calculated according to consumption. We will ask you for a provision of funds, before your arrival, in the amount of 5,5€ per day and we will regularize the final amount once we have the corresponding invoices from the utility companies. The two complete bathrooms with shower are independent and are located in the corridor of the apartment, so they are not inside any of the rooms. Both bathrooms have natural light. The American-style kitchen has access to the living room, is equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils. The dining room is very large, sunny and with a great exit to a fantastic terrace. The table in the living room is large and is next to a large window, which gives it a lot of light and makes any moment of group or family reunion very pleasant. From the apartment you get to the beach directly and in a straight line, it will take less than five minutes walking, the beach is wonderful, quiet and very beautiful.
