CANCELLATION POLICY COVID 19 BY CLOSURE OF THE TRAVELERS COUNTRY In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our clients and IN THE EVENT THAT THE AIRPORTS AND / OR PORTS OF YOUR COUNTRY ARE CLOSED, FORBIDING YOU FROM ARRIVING AT THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, WE OFFER YOU A EXCHANGEABLE VOUCHER to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date. Comfortable semi-detached house for 6 people, located in Can Picafort, less than 100 meters from the sea. The location of the house allows guests to enjoy an independent house near the sea with all the necessary comforts for a dream vacation. The house has two floors, two large terraces, a ping-pong table and a place to store bicycles, perfect for cyclists. The house is located a very short distance from the center and the Can Picafort beach and Son Bauló beach, in a very quiet area. Distribution The property is built on three levels. On the street level we find a perfect area for storing bicycles or beach games, as well as a ping-pong table. On the first floor, you can find a large area with a dining room for six, a sofa and a Smart TV, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing at sunset. In the left area we have a newly renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with an outdoor table and BBQ. In the upper area, three bedrooms, one with a King Size bed, the second with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Finally, a newly renovated bathroom. Comfort and services: Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, Smart TV, Barbecue, Heating, High Chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Safe. Fully equipped with sheets and towels Laia is a perfect option for couples or families with children who want to spend their holidays by the sea, with many options and places of interest, in a safe and quiet environment. Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
