Downstairs there is a double bedroom with bathroom which leads into a twin bedroom, the perfect layout for two families, both bedrooms have access onto private garden, the terrace is equipped with BBQ and large table ideal for alfresco dining. Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom and twin bedrooms and shared bathroom, both rooms have access to sunny south west facing terrace with amazing sea views. The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary Fibre Optic WIFI and international TV channels. This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated on the mid western borders of Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and scenic walks around the nearby Cabopino golf. Beautifully maintained private gardens and pool make this villa first class accommodation for the perfect holiday. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
