In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units in the bedrooms from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. All 4 levels of the Villa are easy to access and guarentee a good privacy for all guests. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
