Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed to provide wide spaces to spend time all together. On the ground floor there is a huge lounge (with patio doors opening out to the pool patio), a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 cooking rings, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), a double bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor there are 3 further large bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have access to private terraces offering lovely views over the pool and the local pine trees: a beautiful sight at any time of the day! The bedrooms of the villa are air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am). Outside, the villa has extensive paved terraces both on ground floor and first floor, perfect for enjoying a delicious al-fresco dinner or a glass of wine while enjoying the views (a large dining table is provided).
