The large lounge (ground floor) has comfortable sofas, 49” flat screen TV (with Sky Sport package), wi-fi internet connection, dining area and big patio doors leading to the outside. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals. On the lower floor there is also a welcoming en-suite double bedroom. The further 3 en-suite bedrooms (respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin) are located on the upper floor, together with a useful private gym. The terrace on the upper floor provides amazing views over the surrounding countryside and the pool. For additional comfort, the whole villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am). Outside the villa enjoys one of the most peaceful and private settings of Northern Mallorca. Extensive, well kept gardens surround the property and the private salty water pool to provide excellent seclusion.
