The townhouse Fonte is situated in an attractive location only 150 meters to the beach and a 1 minute walk into the town centre where you will find a large range of shops, restaurants and bars. This modern house offers a total of 4 bedrooms and maximum comfort to its guests whilst enjoying your holiday in the North of Mallorca. The house is split into 3 floors. On the main floor you have the brand new kitchen fully fitted with everything you need that is joint to the large dinging room and living room. Leading down the corridor you reach 2 of the 4 bedrooms, 1 of these is a double bed and the other has 2 singles. There is also a bathroom with shower. From the dining room there are stairs leading up to the other 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. At the end of the corridor on the main level you come across the steps leading down in to the best area of the house. This is the private sun trap courtyard with private pool and artificial grass flooring stacked with table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. All in all this house is comfortable and close to everything you need. Easy access to the main amenities and beach will make your holiday stress-free and unforgettable.
