Villa Tatoli is a spacious and traditional 4-bedroomed villa, providing excellent privacy and seclusion within a pretty countryside location. Thanks to its well kept gardens, terraces and pleasant views over the surrounding nature, Villa Tatoli is the perfect choice for all the lovers of outdoor living and al fresco dining. The villa is accessed via a pleasant country lane leading to the parking area and main entrance. From the entrance hallway a stone arch leads the guests through to the living/dining room with comfortable seating area. From here, patio doors lead to a covered terrace and the swimming pool area. The fully fitted kitchen includes all the necessary facilities for a self-catering holiday and a washing machine can be found in the adjacent utility room. There are 4 bedrooms in total, all air conditioned and pleasantly furnished. The master double bedroom has en suite shower room and fully fitted wardrobes. The three other bedrooms are all twins, one again with fitted wardrobes. There are 2 further family bathrooms in the villa: one near the kitchen and another between the twin bedrooms. The gardens are beautifully kept and spacious, with lawn, mature palm trees and even a traditional Mallorcan stone BBQ with covered dining terrace (a true heaven for the lovers of al-fresco dining!). The gardens also feature olive trees, which during the season may be picked and enjoyed with a glass of wine. The generously sized pool is L-shaped with Roman steps and is surrounded by grass and plenty of space for sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers provided.
