Beachfront Villa Silenci is a truly unique property, perfectly located right on the waterfront of Can Picafort, just steps away from the perfect sandy beach. With 4 bedrooms, air-conditioning, 3 bathrooms and top-of- the-range interiors, Silenci is the perfect holiday home for an unforgettable holiday on Mallorca without the need to rely constantly on a car (facilities, shops, restaurants, etc. are all within a short walking distance). Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been finished to the highest standard. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge with kitchen an dining area, opening straight to the waterfront patio. The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and wi-fi internet while the purposedly built kitchen has all the essentials for a self-catering holiday (including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc). On the ground floor there are also a beautiful double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, sharing a family shower room. The rooms offer breathtaking views over the Mediterranean sea, for unforgettable moments in one of the most unique locations of the Mediterranean. Outside, Villa Silenci is provided with extensive terraces with dining facilities, brick-built barbecue and comfortable sunbeds. For the comfort of the guests, a private jacuzzi is located on the patio offering stunning views over the sea. If required, the jacuzzi can be heated for a small charge (15 euros per day); we kindly require our guests to prebook this service in order to have the jacuzzi warm before their arrival. Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
