Eight bedrooms are divided between the two floors, three on the ground floor comprising one twin with ensuite shower room, a further twin with a separate full bathroom and a double room with king size bed with ensuite shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor where the remaining five bedrooms lie, four double bedrooms with twins put together all with ensuite shower rooms and a double bedroom with king size bed with ensuite shower room. Two of the double bedrooms have a sofa bed that can be easily converted into a single bed. Sleeping in total 18 people. On this floor there is a pool table, sofas and a TV. Large outside terrace overlooking the pool area and the town of Selva. Outside stairs connect the first floor to the pool area too. Downstairs the lounge dining area leads onto the covered porch and BBQ area with dining facilities and comfortable outside sofas. A few steps lead to the large heated pool (heated low and mid-season only). Plenty of sun loungers and sun umbrellas around the pool. Extensive gardens surround the property which is properly fenced off and has an electric gate. Wifi throughout the property. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and the house is centrally heated for early and late season bookings. Plenty of space in the garage to keep bicycles. A car is essential when booking this property.
