Son Duri is a traditional Mallorcan stone house built with lot of charm and settled in the heart of Mallorca (Inca) surrounded of trees, mountains, at 20 minutes driving to the beach and all comfort of contemporary life. The house is built on two floors on a plot of 840 m2, 260 m2 of house with generous terraces with open views to the valley of the Serra de Tramuntana. The house consists of a large living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms with individual air conditioning, three bathrooms, one en suite, great kitchen with dining area. Next to the hall will find a fully equipped kitchen plenty of light and a dining table. From here we have a perfect view of the garden and the swimming pool. There is an access that takes us to the cozy porch, the charming garden and the swimming pool. No doubt, we are at the best place of this villa. Here you can feel the breeze, the rhythm of the Mediterranean life.
