The upper floor, accessible through an internal staircase, houses 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single, once again all air-conditioned) as well as family bathroom with bathtub. A tiny poolside annexe is available for the use of the guests and contains a WC + basin and a laundry room. Outside, the generously sized private pool offers pleasant views over the Albufera river and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds.
