The area is set at approx. 9 minutes walk from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and 10-15 minutes walk to centre of town. The property has a total of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms that give a large group of friends or family a place they can call home and enjoy all together while in the sun. Brand new fully fitted kitchen that has everything you need for your stay from toasters and kettles to dishwasher and oven. Large lounge area that leads from the main entrance all the way to the kitchen and has 2 direct access points to the terraces and swimming pool. The gardens surround the terraced areas of this property that give you a great feeling while relaxing in the sun.The private swimming pool is set at the back of the property next to the bbq area and sun loungers for the long hot days and warm nights. The villa has a ping pong table with other outdoor games as well as indoor board games for your entertainment. The optional use of the pool heating will be charged.
