PLACES Es Trenc A paradise of water and sand Sa Sínia Vella is located just 3 km. from Es Trenc, one of the most famous beaches of Mallorca for its expanses of dazzling sand and crystal waters. With just under 4 km., This beach town of Campos is listed as a protected area, so in its unspoiled coastline are only some beach amenities and curiously, several bunkers after the war. The sand also has a nudist area. Something deeper, grows an area of low forest and scrub, which soon leads to extensive pine forests. The name comes from “trencar” which means break, and apparently refers to the channel draining the coastline breaks the flow of the lagoons. The quality of its waters, tranquility and extent of sand makes Es Trenc one of the best options for swimming in Mallorca. But especially notable for its abundance of bird-of which have been cataloged up to 1,700 species-ecosystem becoming very popular with birdwatchers. Therefore, “Es Salobrar” is also recognized as a Special Protection Area (SPA). Beaches Mallorcas southern coast is dotted with sandy beaches and turquoise sea. The house is located close to Es Trenc is flanked by the beaches of Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita, allowing long walks on the shore of a sea always calm. Cabrera National Park The archipelago of Cabrera is a tiny paradise declared National Park in 1991.
