The fabulous, contemporary villa Koza offers spacious, modern accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms so is ideal for a large family or friends group. It is nestled in the hills of the Kisla area of Kalkan with far-reaching, spectacular views across the azure blue bay to the centre of Kalkan. It is just 50m from the beachfront where there is a beach club with a wonderful restaurant, bar and a water taxi over to the centre of Kalkan. The design is fantastic with great use of full-length windows and doors offering stunning panoramic views across the bay, which are just as spectacular by night as they are by day. The 70 sqm infinity pool is delightful with a jacuzzi/childrens shallow section and the option for pool heating at an extra cost. The terrace is splendid with many sun loungers, alfresco dining complete with a stone barbecue and a stylish, Ottoman cabana, complete with drapes for real indulgence and relaxation. It is such a fantastic spot to watch the sun go down and enjoy the brilliant lights across the bay. The terrace feels very private and relaxing. The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area enjoy the same fabulous views and is sleek and streamlined. The pristine kitchen has everything you would wish for. The space is huge with deluxe, comfortable furnishings. Although there are six outstanding double bedrooms, one of these is accessed separately from the main house. It is very attractive with stone walls, extremely spacious and has its own large ensuite bathroom but you would not want to give this room to young children. Perhaps it would suit grandparents or others who would appreciate a little of their own space away from the group. The remaining five exquisite bedrooms are on the first and second floors, and they all open out onto the marvellous furnished balconies. Four of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, all of which are contemporary masterpieces, all different but equally gorgeous. Beneath the villa is a shuttered garage and an enjoyable games room with table tennis and a running machine. A great teenager hang out! You will not be disappointed with Villa Koza; it is simply gorgeous with the most wonderful views. #### Features The Villa Villa Koza is located in the Kisla area, within walking distance to the beach. The harbour views are very special, especially at dusk when the old town starts to light up against the mountainside. If you venture out of Kalkan, you will find some amazing restaurants in ancient villages. Everyone is so friendly, and the ambience is wonderful. Islamlar Village is a great example with the Pinarbasi Terrace. The views are seriously impressive, as is the cuisine. If you dont want to drive, you can take a taxi into the alpine hills, through tiny hamlets and past families sitting on sofas in their gardens enjoying the cool air. Springs diverted from the mountains into the village of Islamlar have led to a thriving trout farming industry. A favourite outing from Kalkan is a trip to the eye-watering Saklikent Gorge. It is a 20-30 minute drive from Kalkan and is 18km long and 300m deep, one of the deepest canyons in the world. It was opened as a national park in 1996. You can visit all year round through between November and March the water can be very high so you may not get very far. It is such fun wading, climbing, swimming, and sliding through. The fresh mountain water is cold and often up to waist height in stretches. There is also an option for river rafting. It is lovely to enjoy a fresh fish waterside meal at the end of your adventure.
