Villa Mirante offers stunning views over Vale de Parra area to the coast. Villa Mirante is a spacious, private villa which is ideal for families as the swimming pool is fenced and gated. The swimming pool can also be heated for an additional fee of 200 Euros per week/part week (payable upon check in). The elevated villa offers beautiful views over the countryside to the coast and is located in a quiet area with a few other neighbouring villas. Access to the main entrance door is via 6 steps. There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor, each with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has double bed and the other has 2 x single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a spacious shower room with large walk in shower, twin basins and toilet. The curved stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms. One bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over. The fourth bedroom has 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room. These upper bedrooms each have patio doors leading on to a shared terrace offering wonderful views. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area. The villa also has a security alarm system and there is ample parking for 3 vehicles. Externally there is a charcoal BBQ, pretty garden area with some grass, table tennis table and terraced areas with sun loungers.
