This well-appointed 1-bedroom apartment has great views across the river Arade to Portimão and is within walking distance to Ferragudo town centre, with all its restaurants, bars and shops. Air conditioning is available in the apartment which also provides heat during the winter. Tastefully furnished and equipped including coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster, the apartment has its own designated parking place close to the building entrance. There a sofa bed in the living room with the main bed having the possibility of being made into a double or twin beds. There is a communal pool with sun loungers, the cushions for which can be found inside the apartment. There are two water parks within a 20-minute drive of the apartment. The theme park Zoomarine is not far, just a 30-minute drive. Zoomarines main attractions include exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions and swimming pools. The theme park is also a reception for injured wild aquatic animals that are released back into the wild once they have recuperated. If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children. For keen golfers, there are 40 golf courses in the Algarve, of which many can be found within a 30-minute drive of the apartment.
