Villa Rita is a traditional style, recently refurbished 5-bedroom villa located in Tunes, approximately 15 kms from Albufeira. Please note, we dont accept reservations from groups of young people under the age of 24 years. The main house comprises of 4 bedrooms, each with wardrobes and air conditioning and 2 shower rooms. The spacious lounge/dining area showcases modern and retro furnishing and has 2 comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, large flat screen TV with cable channels and a dining table and chairs. Patio doors offer stunning views and lead to the terrace with steps down to the gardens and swimming pool. The large, country style kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, table with bench seating and also a wine fridge. The separate annex has an additional fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and large charcoal BBQ with patio doors leading to the pool side where there is a large table and chairs:- the perfect area for al-fresco dining. Also, in the annex area is a shower room and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. Windows have shutters and many also have fly nets. Internet access is available via wi-fi. Externally there are extensive grassed areas, sun loungers, parasols and a large private swimming pool. Other recreational facilities include a table tennis table and basketball net. Entrance is via electric gates and there is covered parking for 2 vehicles and also exterior parking. There are steps to access the villa and terraces. The villa is in an elevated position and offers lovely views from the gardens and living area and is surrounded by orange, lemon and almond trees. It is located approximately 2 km from Tunes centre and train station, 2 km from the closest café bar/restaurant “Between The Lines” , 3 km from Coviran supermarket, 3 km from Jafers supermarket, 3 km from Zig Zag café bar, 11 km from Ferreiras, Albufeira train station, 12 km from Zoomarine amusement park / theme park, 14 km from São Bartolomeu de Messines, 15 km from Albufeira centre, 16 km from Salgados golf course, 18 km from Pine Cliffs golf course, 30 km from Slide & Splash water park, 33 km from Aquashow water park and around 44 km from Faro airport.
