Outside you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool that measures 4.5 x 7.5 meters and has a depth that ranges between 0.80 and 1.80 meters. It also offers sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing, a sitting area where you can have a drink at sunset, an outdoor dining room, a mobile barbecue to cook delicious grilled meat and vegetables and a wood oven. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the two-story house is boasts a modern style combined with traditional elements. On the ground floor we find the living room with sat-TV. It leads to the dining room which is connected to the kitchen that offers a gas stove. In the laundry room you find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, all with twin beds. Three of them are on the ground floor and one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms on the first floor also have an en-suite bathroom with shower -one of them with the shower in the same room. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the whole accommodation on the ground floor and a toilet outdoors. The equipment is completed with 7 ceiling fans and a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby. The house is located on the outskirts of Algaida, in a quiet and bucolic environment. In the village you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Can Pastilla, about 20 km away. You also have a nearby golf course, Son Gual, about 13 km from the property. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
