The property has 9 bedrooms & 9 bathrooms with two master suites, each with their own lounges and one with its own sauna. Our villa is surrounded by gated lavish tropical gardens, covering almost an acre of land, with orange trees, lemon trees, avocado trees and grapefruit trees. All fruit is free for you to pick and consume! What better way than eating these fresh from the tree? There are a number of terraces situated around the property, some south-facing if you are a lover of the sun, and some shaded terraces for you to cool off with a glass of chilled Champagne and a plate of fresh olives. The port of Benaladena is only a fifteen-minute drive from the villa and it is the largest port on the Costa del Sol. Full amenities, shops, restaurants and bars are a brisk 10/15 minute walk away, or if you’re feeling lazy a two minute drive! Our BBQ and outdoor kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for your Al Fresco dining requirements. Watch the sun set with a glass of Sangria whilst eating some fresh prawns and bread. The property is very secure with a video intercom system and the entire complex is gated for additional security. There is also private parking available for up to eight cars. For added luxury, why not hire some additional services so you can fully unwind. Babysitters can be recommended, there is a full maid service option and even have takeaways brought to the villa! The villa is accessible to everyone and has been adapted, tastefully, to be wheelchair-friendly. The villa is set across two properties with the 6 bedrooms in the main house and 3 bedrooms in the smaller. These cannot be rented separately so you are guaranteed to have the entire property to yourselves.
