Villa Cristal is one of our favourites when searching for a house in walking distance to the beach and the town. This is a very modern 5-bedroom property just one street back from the famous sea front in Puerto Pollensa. All the accommodation is on one floor. The construction of the house is structured around a glassed covered terrace and all the accommodation gives onto this glassed terrace giving the house a very open and fresh look. Four double bedrooms and two shower rooms are on one side of the house, while the lounge -dining -open plan kitchen area and the fifth double master bedroom with ensuite shower room are on the other side of the house connected by the ample entrance. The irregular shaped pool and garden complete the outside with plenty of garden furniture and bbq for al fresco dining. The house is in a quiet residential area in Puerto Pollensa with the beach at only a 2 min stroll. A car is useful if booking this house but not necessary. The nearest supermarket is 300 m away.
