The very private Finca is 5 mins outside Lllucmajor, near the south coast of Mallorca. With being also close to the motorway (exit 22) you are in Palma in 20 mins and at the Airport in ~10 mins. The Finca is in the middle of one of the best known cycling routes on the island. Come and enjoy this beautiful spacious countryside villa 15 minutes from the best beaches in Majorca. Fully equipped inside and out, the home includes large outside breakfast and BBQ areas. Have a dip in the pool or simply soak up the sun on the outdoor sunbeds. Short drive to Golf Courses (SonAntem 5min / SonGual 15min), and a variety of beaches ~15 mins. Off the gravelled driveway you have covered parking for 2 cars and one space uncovered, as well as a platform for bicycles. The gardens are extensive with fruit trees for your daily needs. You will find 3 bedrooms, two in the main house and a 3rd one in the casita. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (2 en-suite). Master bedroom has a double-bed all other rooms have single beds. adjacent to the Master bedroom you have a walk-in dressing room with a childs bed. Also there are 2 baby cots (clic-clac) available.
