With room for up to 14 guests, Casa da Baia is located in the centre of Setubal on Portugals Lisbon Coast. Ideally located for the Arrabida Natural Park and Sado Estuary Nature Reserve, and around 45 minutes from the capital itself, this villa offers a magnificent pool and terrace alongside four floors of stylish accommodation. Around the 8m x 3.5m pool you have an array of sun loungers as well as a barbecue area. Within 1km of the villa you will find restaurants and shops, and the nearest beach, Praia da Saude, is just over 2km away. Inside, there is also a hot tub and a games room with access to the pool area. This room also offers a dining table with seating for 12 and a small kitchen. The main living area is two floors up and has a balcony with panoramic views, as well as access to the pool area via stairs. A fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent dining room can also be found on this floor. The six bedrooms are spread across three floors, with one double bedroom on the middle floor and another on the ground floor. On the top floor, you have the remaining four. The master comes with its own en suite bathroom, while the other three doubles share a bathroom on the same floor. Setubal has a lot to offer within a short walk of Casa da Bahia, including restaurants, a fish market, water-sports and boat tours. You can take a boat to nearby Troia where you will find a casino, golf resort and beautiful beaches. Arrabida Natural Park is only 7km away and is undoubtedly one of the areas highlights, stretching all the way down the coast to Sesimbra, and taking in beaches such as Praia dos Galapos and Praia da Figueirinha. Please see Ts and Cs. #### Location On the eastern side of the Arrabida Natural Park, the town of Setubal is not a conventional holiday resort, but it provides an authentic experience of life in the area. Its beaches are less developed for tourism, but are just as beautiful as many that are. The nearest, Praia da Saude, is within easy walking distance of the centre of town. One of Setubals attractions, and claims to fame, is that its home to Portugals busisest indoor market, the Mercado do Livramento. The main attraction is the fresh fish, so get down there early to see the place in action. The other notable landmark in the town is the Fortress Sao Filipe, which is the ideal place to admire the view of the Sado Estuary. The ferry which makes the crossing to Troia makes it easy to visit one of the areas loveliest beaches. You may like to linger on the Troia Peninsula, which takes you down to beachside village of Comporta, a stunning spot popular with those in-the-know. The Sado Estuary is not just a place to enjoy some privacy and peace, its also ideal for wildlife spotting and generally being at one with nature. Landscapes of rice fields and pine forests, and dolphins and sea birds to spot off the coast, set the scene. Back on the other side of the water, the Arrabida Natural Park is an extensive coastal strip which is perfect for walking or hiking. All this is a mere 45 minutes from the centre of Lisbon, so its easy to combine the capitals must-sees with a trip out to this beautiful area.
