The holiday home is perfect for families or a group of friends who want to enjoy holidaying together. The living room of the villa area is furnished with comfortable furniture. The seating area can accommodate 6 people as well as a dining table. Furthermore, this room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wireless internet connection and IPTV (many international channels. The villa has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker and other necessary kitchen equipment. The laundry room outside has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The villa section has three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. All 3 bedrooms open onto a terrace at the side of the house and pool area. One bedroom has a double bed. The picturesque town of Carvoeiro is around 1 km from the house. The nearest beach is Centianes and is also around 1 km away. Portimao and Ferragudo with their beaches and a marina are around 10 km. The seaside resort of Albufeira is 20 minutes by car. Golf courses such as Vala de Milho, Gramacho and Vale da Pinta are a 10-minute drive. Cabo de Sao Vincente, the rugged most south-westerly point of Europe is an hour and a halves drive from the villa.
