This fantastic chalet not only has the beach a few steps away but also you can enjoy the good weather in its exterior area. The garden offers beautiful corners where you can sunbathe, on the lawn or on the 4 sunloungers. Later, you can cool down under the spray of the exterior shower or take a nice dip in the above-ground pool that sizes 3 x 3 metres and is 1.1 metres deep. The house comprises just one floor although youll find also a top terrace where you will be able to enjoy the sun beams. When you enter, you meet a spacious living - dining room with TV and AC. Next, you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop, AC and space to enjoy your meals there. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all with a closet. Two of them offer a double bed and one has twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub. Theres no AC in the bedrooms but the unit in the hallway will help to cool the atmosphere. Finally, there are 9 radiators as well as a baby cot and a high chair in the house.
