The villa is set over 2 floors and offers the impressive size of more than 350sqm. There is a huge, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with all the necessary amenities to spend time all together, as well as 4 large double bedrooms finished with taste and style. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms while the remaining 2 have dedicated family bathrooms. The villa can therefore sleep up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and in 4 bathrooms. There is also a useful WC for guests on the ground floor. During the renovation, completed in 2018, particular attention has been given to the quality and design of the furniture, to provide a superior holiday experience. Outside the villa is surrounded by more than 70.000 sqm of private land with lawn, trees, shrubs and scented flowers: a true heaven! Spacious terraces (beautifully lit at night) are the perfect spot for relaxing or dining al-fresco. A shaded barbecue area is also provided. The private pool, with comfortable sunbeds, measures 35sqm and enjoys great privacy as well as views over the mountaisn of Tramuntana. Next to the pool there is also a small annex with one extra bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. This annex is not usually available for rent are remains closed/empty, but is available on request in case the guests need extra space. Due to the extensive grounds the villa is also idea for weddings or special events (prices on request). A deposit of 500 euros is requested before entry.
