Bright apartment in the center of Sitges with a small garden on the cozy terrace from which you get a great views of the city and the sea. Only 5 minutes walking from the beach and very close to all the services of restaurants, shops and leisure of Sitges. Upon entering the apartment we find the open kitchen area with a large bar that serves as a dining table with high stools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, fridge ...). It has a bright bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. From the cozy living room and from the kitchen, we have access to the terrace, an authentic secret garden that will take you to a cozy and relaxing corner, while enjoying views of the city and the sea. The apartment has WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. The building has an elevator. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - Tourist fees must be paid as required by the Sixt City Council (1 euros per person x night, maximum 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay it) There is possibility of late arrival between 00:01h and 06:00h for an extra charge of €50 paid locally and between 21:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €30 paid locally.
