Duplex in the center of Sitges, 5 minutes walk from the beach, near restaurants and the pedestrian center of the city. With capacity for 7 people, this apartment has two floors. On the first floor you will find the living room, the kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay (fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher ...) and access to a large terrace with awning, where you can enjoy the sun and the views of the city. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed (total 3 single beds). Both bedrooms have access to a small interior balcony where the washing machine and dryer are located. There is also a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor, attic, you will find a bathroom with shower and two single beds. The apartment that is an attic, is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. The building has an elevator and you can also make use of a parking space. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - Tourist fees must be paid as required by the City Council of SItges (0.90 euros x person x night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it) There is possibility of late arrival between 00:01h and 06:00h for an extra charge of €50 paid locally and between 21:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €30 paid locally.
