Villa Dominica is a wonderfully spacious holiday home located in a quiet residential area, just less than a mile east from the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. With a private heatable swimming pool (available at an extra cost), portable jacuzzi and sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool with views of the sea and the Monchique mountains, villa Dominica is an excellent choice for your family holiday. The property has 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms on the first floor (with en-suite bathrooms) and 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as 3 bathrooms in total (2 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor). The first floor also includes a spacious, sunny terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishes & utensils, toaster and refrigerator. The inviting living / dining room has plenty of space to relax and enjoy a meal or simply lounge with family and includes a TV, DVD, Sound System and free Wi-Fi. Outside, the property is surrounded by a wall and hedge affording good privacy. A spacious terrace with a large private heatable swimming pool (optional extra), portable jacuzzi (optional extra) sun loungers and BBQ area allow you to fully enjoy the Algarve sun. Up a flight of stairs, a second sun terrace affords lovely views over the swimming pool and the surrounding area. There is also a covered dining area and kitchenette, where you can entertain family and friends with meals overlooking the swimming pool. Villa Dominica is approximately a 10-minute walk into the town of Carvoeiro, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful golden sandy Carvoeiro beach. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Groups not allowed. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
